Our Wedding and Event Policies
Elite Wedding & Events by Albuquerque Florist (Elite) has a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit reserves your date and guarantees the price of the flowers listed in our proposal. The deposit is applied to the balance of your fees. Please Note: Tax is not included in the proposal.
We accept changes to the original order up to three weeks before the wedding or event. All balances are due three weeks before your wedding.
By signing the wedding and event flower agreement, you acknowledge our policies about deposits and cancellations. With your signature, you also acknowledge that the quote is correct.
Occasionally, certain flowers may not be available. Because of this, we may need to modify your flower arrangement. We take care to keep the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement and use flowers of equal or greater value.
With single-flower arrangements (like an all-rose bouquet or orchids), we will make every attempt to keep the style, theme and color scheme.
Additionally, we may need to substitute certain keepsake items due to increased demand. Substitutions are especially common during major holidays.
Sales Tax Information
When you place an order with us, a sales and delivery tax will be added to the total order amount. The tax and delivery rate are determined by the current tax rate charged to our shop. This tax rate applies to all orders regardless of destination.
